As Jesus is the center of our life, and we live according to His Word, we discover the greatest gift: the peace and serenity that is given to those who put their trust in Him—a serenity seated in our heart and grounded in the eternal love of God.
Philippians 4:7 Dismiss all anxiety form your minds. Present your needs to God in eve- ry form of prayer and in petitions full of gratitude. Then God’s own peace, which is beyond all understanding, will stand guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Colossians 3:1 Since you have been raised up in company with Christ, set your heart on what pertains to higher realms where Christ is seated.
Colossians 3:15 Christ’s peace must reign in your hearts, since as members of one body you have been called to that peace. Dedicate yourselves to thankfulness.
Deuteronomy 4:29 Yet there too you shall seek the Lord, your God; and you shall indeed find him when you search after him with your whole heart and your whole soul.
Jeremiah 24:7–8 I will give them a heart with which to understand that I am the Lord. They shall be my people and I will be their God, for they shall return to me with their whole heart.
